The Falls Cancer Club was founded in 1948 by three women who wanted to help their neighbors. At that time they helped by taking them dinner, making bandages and various other types of personal one-on-one care. The club has evolved since then and now have a club member assigned to each cancer patient who is their liaison with the club. The volunteer provides emotional support and is a source of information on other organizations that might be of assistance to the patient. Additionally the Falls Cancer Club provides financial support for the related treatment expenses. Back To The Great Falls Patriot Run
